Two wine events are bound to wet your whistle tonight, one way or another. First up: The Museo de las Americas, 861 Santa Fe Drive, will host the Wine of the Americas fundraiser from 4 to 7 p.m. Executive director Maruca Salazar will discuss the art of the Americas while wine experts serve up sips from the soils of New Mexico, Argentina and Chile. Admission is a $20 suggested donation; call 303-571-4401 or visit www.museo.org.

And Elway's, 2500 East First Avenue, will present the Jordan Wine Dinner, featuring wines from Jordan Winery paired with Tyler Wiard's five-course menu. The meal starts at 6:30 p.m. and costs $100; call 303-399-7616 or visit www.elways.com.
