Crystal Springs Brewing Company owner Tom Horst will be the guest of honor tonight, when seasonal beers from Crystal Springs will be paired with a four-course meal from Frasca's famed kitchen.

Crystal Springs Brewing got its start in Boulder back in 1988, when Horst and his son began brewing beer at their home. When that hobby grew into an actual brewery, they named it after Boulder's first brewery, which began in 1875 as Boulder City Brewing and became Crystal Springs Brewing and Ice Company in 1898.

Tickets for the pairing are $125 and seats are limited to twenty guests; call 303-442-6966 to see if there are any seats left.
