Fashion's Night Out began in New York City in 2009, the brainchild of couture-culture queen Anna Wintour as a way to reignite consumer interest in fashion. Now Colorado is getting in on the party, which has become an international celebration; various boutiques across the state go big tomorrow night, September 6, in the name of Fashion's Night Out. Here's a list of just some of the fun (and mostly free) parties, fashion shows and goodie bag giveaways happening in the Denver/Boulder area for savvy fashionistas.

Fashion's Night Out at Neiman Marcus in Cherry Creek Mall (5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.) The couture-carrying staple of Cherry Creek Mall, Neiman Marcus celebrates the big night with a happy hour beginning at 5:30 p.m., followed by beauty tips from make-up pros, an in-store runway show, a live DJ and more. Fashion's Night Out at SOL: Store of Lingerie (Free, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.) Celebrating its fifteenth year of operation, SOL in Cherry Creek North is already in full-on party mode. Tonight, the specialty lingerie store invites patrons to shop new fall collections while sipping cocktails, noshing on cupcakes and treats from Hapa Sushi, all while enjoying the music of DJ Ginger Perry. The first one-hundred visitors through the door will receive a goodie bag and all patrons can take advantage of a 20% discount on all purchases made during the Fashion's Night Out event. Scarlet Salon will be giving hair tips and tricks free of charge, as fashion fans enjoy sweets from Sugarlicious, champagne and music from DJ Tyler Snow.
