Plenty of beer and wine will be flowing this evening

The Rocky Mountain French American Chamber of Commerce will host the fourteenth annual Beaujolais and Beyond Food & Wine Festival at Infinity Park Event Center, 4400 East Kentucky Avenue, tonight from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. The fundraiser features more than twenty local restaurants, and participating chefs will take part in a culinary challenge to create French-inspired dishes paired with Beaujolais Nouveau wine. Among this year's judges? Cafe Society's Lori Midson.

Also on tap tonight: Chef & Brew at the Oriental Theater, 4335 West 44th Avenue. The beer and food festival, which runs from 6 to 9:30 p.m., will pair twelve local chefs and breweries in a friendly competition judged by attendees.
