Like the rest of Denver, we have been experiencing a deluge of emotions following the Broncos' victory in Super Bowl 50 — mostly positive, and mostly expressed non-verbally via cheers, happy grunts, the occasional clash with police and tears over Beyoncé. (She dressed as a Black Panther. Does that mean she was rooting for the Panthers?!) The celebration continues tomorrow, Tuesday, February 9, when Denver hosts the World Championship Parade and rally, which will feature a free concert in Civic Center Park.

The concert includes three Colorado bands: Funkiphino, Boulder-formed, irreverent dance-rock duo 3OH!3, and Colorado veteran favorites Big Head Todd and the Monsters. The live music begins at 10 a.m., though the Championship Parade won't arrive and end at Civic Center Park until 1 p.m. Jenna Espinoza, deputy communications director for the mayor's office, was not sure exactly how long each band will play. She said the organizers of the event are "not concerned" that the concert's early start time and its distance from the beginning of the parade route may result in smaller crowds for the live-music portion of the celebration.

The hour-long rally, which starts at approximately 1 p.m., will feature Denver Broncos players and coaches, Governor John Hickenlooper, Mayor Michael B. Hancock and others.
