Pizza Republica, 5375 Landmark in Englewood, has partnered with the Progress Cares Foundation to aid firefighters on the front line of the Waldo Canyon fire in Colorado Springs.

The restaurant will be preparing lunch for the workers from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. tomorrow and needs as many extra hands as it can get; call 720-489-2030 for more information on how to get involved. The crew is also accepting donations of water, Gatorade and other provisions during that time, and will get them to Colorado Springs.
