One of the city’s best Chinese restaurants has expanded to Colfax.
After nearly losing the business he spent two decades building, Jim Pittenger is slinging sausages again.
It had been a downtown staple since 2007.
The original location in Greenwood Village often draws long lines.

It’s one of the ten places that debuted.
This isn’t a typical Italian joint.

Because of course it is, and its owner spent $11 million on the buildout.
It’s one of the few sit-down dining options left in the area.
